Epsilon Automotive Pvt. has range of presses ranging from 20 tons to 150 Tons mechanical presses, 80 Ton Press Brake, 350 Ton double action press, 80 Ton Hydraulic Press, NC shearing machine. We also house a lathe machine, radial drill and surface grinder for light die maintenance.
Epsilon Automotive Pvt. Ltd has a fully equipped Fabrication Shop with an entire range of resistance Welding machines including Spot welding, Seam Welding Machines, a variety of M.I.G. Brazing, MIG Welding, TIG welding machines and Special Purpose welding machines to maintain high quality standards and large volumes.
We have 4 leakage testing machines for 100% testing of fuel tanks.
We have Powder coating facility and also houses a well-equipped Laboratory Comprising of Salt Spray Chamber, Hardness Tester, Cross cut Tester, Digital DFT Meters and Millipore Testing Setup, Titration testing, Endurance testing.
We have diesel flushing setup to clean all our fuel tanks to maintain Millipore inside the fuel tank.
